Hans Szlimane A masterpiece of the dark and drunken art. The carpathian wolves range the woods hunting for myths, legends and the old spirit of metal, heavy and black. Ken Goodey Gawd blimey! This is consistently as strong as Stridze dni, but with more breadth & depth; more imagination; more passion in the music. It still has the blood of trad. HM and NWOBHM, with some lovely Maiden-esque harmony guitars, but much more. Distinctly blackened, beautifully raw (in execution and production), and darkly peculiar. There are English translations for all the track titles, but you don't need to know Slovakian to enjoy this, because it's in a language we all know and love - music.
